Welcome to the Turks and Caicos Islands Hospital. We are staffed with trained patient-friendly Patient Services Associates (PSAs) whose goal is to provide you with excellent customer service during your registration process, appointment-setting, responding to questions and meeting other needs before receiving further care. Our PSAs are located at the Emergency Department, the Outpatient Department (clinic), in the Operating Theatre, Diagnostic Imaging (XRay), Main Registration in the foyer, and in the maternity and general ward areas. Because our PSAs are the first contact that you will have when you enter our hospital, they will set the tone with an exceptional “first impression”. Please remember to express your concerns and also share your compliments and do remember that we must be made aware of problems before we can take steps to fix them.
The hospital has an international telephone-based Interpreter Service that is available at no cost to our patients, with interpretation provided in over 100 languages.
For your medical records, the hospital has an electronic medical record system where patient information is confidentially stored. Access to your records is limited and is strictly prohibited without proper authorization.
