Two Babies Delivered on Christmas Day at TCI Hospital

(Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands – Friday, December 28, 2018): InterHealth Canada – Turks and Caicos Islands Hospital wishes to congratulate two mothers who delivered on Christmas Day.

Jah’nye Ricardo Zeiden Forbes was born at 5:10 a.m. on December 25th, 2018 at Cheshire Hall Medical Centre to mother Angnic Saunders and her partner. The bouncing baby boy weighed 3kg, 980gm at birth.

The medial team on Providenciales also delivered a baby girl named Yamie Pierre Louis during the late night hours at 10:55 p.m. to mother Lisemene Moise. Little Yamie weighed 3kg, 490gm at birth.

In keeping with the annual tradition, the parents received a gift bathtub embellished with infant-care items, courtesy of InterHealth Canada – Turks and Caicos Islands Hospital.

It is a special occurrence to be born on Christmas day. Commenting on the joyous occasion, Chief of Clinical Services, Mikette Been said: “I would like to congratulate the proud parents on the birth of their neonates on Christmas Day. This is such a wonderful time for your families and we hope that motherhood is filled with lots of fun, love and cuddles.

A brand new miracle to call your own! Wishing both families the very best of luck with their newborns.”
